Submit to IOMAC 2025

The 11th International Operational Modal Analysis Conference (IOMAC) will be held from May 20th to 23rd, 2025, in Rennes, France.

IOMAC encompasses a wide range of theoretical, methodological and applied developments within the field of Operational Modal Analysis (OMA). Positioned at the crossroads of structural dynamics, statistics, and sensing technology, it addresses the engineering disciplines where understanding the modal properties of dynamic systems is of importance. At IOMAC 2025, we proudly build upon the legacy of OMA and venture forward to explore new avenues of research and applications. The theme, “OMA and beyond,” highlights that OMA is more than just a technique for modal parameter estimation; it is an essential instrument in civil, mechanical, aerospace and geotechnical engineering for fusing data with models to procure digital twins, physics-based machine learning of complex system dynamics, monitoring linear and nonlinear systems, among many more applications. Please refer also to the list of topics.

Paper submission

After abstract acceptance, full papers need to be prepared according to the paper guidelines and submitted until the extended and final deadline on March 2nd, 2025. For submission, authors need to Login (top right on this page), go to "My submissions" and "Add the paper" ("+" symbol on the right side). The full papers should be uploaded preferably in pdf format. No upload of supplementary files is necessary. After uploading the paper and confirming it by clicking on "Next step", the metadata (title, abstract, keywords) as well as the Author list can be reviewed and modified (go back to Step 1 and Step 2), before submitting the paper in Step 4. Submission can be updated until the final deadline.

By submitting their paper to IOMAC 2025, authors agree that - upon acceptance - they grant the right to the IOMAC association for publication of the paper in the IOMAC 2025 proceedings, including open access to the paper on the IOMAC website as well as on the online repository HAL.
